4.)    Enter the email address that has been hacked (in the first text field).

5.)    Enter the Captcha characters (in the second text field). 

6.)    Select a method to receive a security code and click “Next”. A code will be sent to your backup email or phone number associated with your account. Enter the code on the page and you will be redirected to reset your password.

7.)    Complete the form and click “Submit”. When the form will get submitted, you have to wait up to 24 hours for a response. You will receive a link to reset your account password.

8.)    Reset your password. If you received a password reset link then you will be taken to a page to create a new password for your account. Here, you have to enter your new password twice with 8 character minimum.
